MEDIUV irradiates the absorbed air with deep ultraviolet light.
The helical structure of the DNA/RNA of bacteria and viruses is
transformed and deactivated. Proliferation is suppressed.
Consequently, a 20-tatami-mat (33-square-meter) room can be
99.9% sterilized in about 55 minutes. [1]

- • No need to wipe or clean after use, as with chemicals
- • No need to replace filters that have accumulated bacteria and viruses
- • Effective against microbes for which chlorine disinfection is impossible
- • Does not give rise to bacteria resistant to ultraviolet radiation
- • No particles or chemicals are emitted, so no impact on people or equipment [3]

approximately 250 liters. Operation mode was
